4.3. Returns for manufacturing defects

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you may request a review. Evidence (photos/video) and the order number will be required. If approved, DailyMed may offer a replacement, credit, or an equivalent solution, subject to availability and the specific case.

4.4. Size / preference exchanges

We recommend using the size guide before purchasing. For wholesale or customized orders, exchanges for size or preference may not apply. For retail, requests may be reviewed based on the product condition (new, unused, tags attached, packaging, etc.).

4.5. Shipping and carrier responsibility

Once a package is handed to the carrier, timelines and conditions depend on the courier. DailyMed can assist with tracking and support, but cannot control delays due to customs or external conditions.

Information published on the website (including size, compression, or usage recommendations) is general and informational. It does not replace medical or professional advice when applicable.

5.2. Results and expectations

Compression feel and performance may vary depending on body shape, size, sensitivity, habits, and proper use. DailyMed does not guarantee identical results for everyone.

We may make changes or perform maintenance without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, especially due to third-party failures (hosting, networks, external services).

5.4. Jurisdiction
